FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES:

 

ATTENTION ALL YOU GAMBLERS!!! MONTE CARLO NITE – MARCH 13th FROM 6-10PM $5 BUY-IN

Spring Pointe Village Retirement Center is hosting and sponsoring this major event.  ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE BAND’S GENERAL FUND FOR OUR MACY’S TRIP. Please let your family and friends know about this exciting fundraiser. They are expecting 200-300 people. All ages are welcome.

They need our help!

We are having a meeting next Wednesday night (3/10) at 6:30p at Spring Meadow. 1357 Redwood Circle, Grants Pass, OR 97527.

 

Everyone that is going to or wants to volunteer (students and adults) please be there. 

 

This is a very important meeting!

 

We will get assignments, see the area we will have the event at and meet the people from Spring Village.

BINGO:

Invite your family, friends and neighbors to come on down and play some BINGO! Work six sessions and earn $50 for your student's account (concessions earn $50 after seven sessions). Call Bo Alderton or Sandy Watts for more information.

Housework or yard work, contact Jeff Boyd @541-450-3604 to sign up, pay varies with job needed. Please print flyer and distribute at church, community bulletin boards, etc. the more people know the more jobs we get!

GLASS MUSIC NOTE FUNDRAISER

Proceeds to: General Fund

Hand-made glass music notes will be made for permenant display in the GPHS Performing Arts Center.  A plaque engraved with information provided by the purchaser of each note will be displayed.  Order form is on the home page of this website.

RAY'S RECEIPTS

Proceeds to: General Fund

Save your Ray's receipts from any of the local stores.  We have a drop box for those receipts in the band room or they can be brought to any band booster meeting.  The new program started at the beginning of the fall 2009 season.

BOTTLE AND CAN DRIVE

Proceeds to: Individual Fund

Drop off your REDEEMABLE bottles and cans to help the Band get to Macy's 2010. Encourage your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc, to donate their redeemable bottles and cans. Earn money by helping to redeem these recyclables and by washing car windows.  Call Curtis Barnes @707-688-5804 5pm to 8pm weekdays to sign up.

Every Sunday at Ray's Food Place, 1427 NE 7th Street, Grants Pass from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
